Growing up in Juncos, Puerto Rico, and having parents that were High School teachers, helped create and cultivate in Eduardo a passion for education at an early age. Eduardo attended the University of Puerto Rico where he studied computers and math. Later on he moved to New Jersey, continuing his studies at Middlesex Community College. He also holds an MCP from Microsoft. He was recognized by the CEO of United Parcel Services from among 350,000 employees, for services to the community. He then moved on to the Wall Street area, working in Information Services. His dedicated effort and continuous work with PuertoRicans.Com has been recognized by the media, inclusive of “Radio WALO”, “Radio Victoria”, “Radio Unika” 1270 AM (NJ), “La Mega” 97.9 (NY), “Radio La Ley”, “El Nuevo Día de Puerto Rico”, “El Oriental”, “El Nuevo Coqui”, front page coverage by the Business Section on Staten Island Advance in New York, front page “Nuestra Comunidad” Newspaper and Puerto Rican Panorama with Dr. Castellanos on ABC Channel 6 Philadelphia. Eddie has also worked as host of the TV show Salsa Profiles with Chester Rosario. Eddie is also Board Member of The Association of Hispanic Entrepreneurs and Board member of Atlantic County Puerto Rican Parade. Eddie began his photography experience as a teenager, mentored by his father, Professor Eduardo Santos Cay. As an entrepreneur, Eddie passionately has photographed presidents, governors and many celebrities. Eddie also loves to photograph nature and cultural events. He continues to exhibit his work throughout the USA and Puerto Rico. Since 1999 his work with PuertoRicans.Com has been viewed by millions of people all over the world.

As a Celebrity and Press Photographer, Eddie has photographed, Marc Anthony, Ricky Martin, Michael Jackson, Spike Lee, Adam Sandler, the New York Nicks, New York Yankees,"El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico" and many others.

As a Historical Photographer, Eddie has taken photos of Puerto Rico, CA, NV, FL, NY, NJ, DC, PA, RI, CT, TX, VA, Canada, Mexico and Italy.
